Nestled in the woods at the end of a private lane is the home of mulBerryLand B&B. Our secluded oasis described by many as "a little piece of heaven" is waiting for you. You will find peace and tranquility in our brand new, completely self-contained suite. The suite is separate from the main house and has its own private entrance and private deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard. Sit and enjoy your breakfast, delivered right to your own private dining table.

Outside, there are three ponds inhabited by fish and frogs, a grand-dad swing and hammocks under the trees, meandering pathways, a life sized outdoor chessboard, over 1000 square feet of deck to relax on, and if you need a little private time to think – make your way through the whimsical wrought iron gate into the Serenity Garden. While sitting on the large thinking rock, you’re bound to find the key to the meaning of life. After a busy day of adventure, why not relax in our private infrared sauna.

We have taken great pride in designing our bed and breakfast as a cozy, comfortable retreat. A place where you can experience days of adventure, and nights of restful sleep

DIRECTIONS:

If arriving by airplane to Comox Airport (YQQ): Simply turn right onto Knight road, then left onto Pritchard, then left onto Mulberry Lane at the top of the hill. The whole trip is about 1km, or 2 minutes.

If arriving by car:
On highway 19, take exit 117 to Courtenay/Comox. Follow that road all the way down to Cliffe Avenue, turn left.
Turn right on 17th Street, go over the bridge and turn right on to Comox Road. Follow this road right through downtown Comox. Eventually it'll force you to turn left which turns into Pritchard Road. Keep on Pritchard until you see Mulberry Lane on the right.

Mulberry Lane is a very small subdivision. Go right to the end, through the end of the cul-de-sac, down the access lane, we're the last house on the left.
